2、Supplier qualification requirements
合作方主要資格條件
2.1 The partner needs to be able to provide all the ground handling services required by the China Postal Airlines Co., Ltd. in accordance with IATA SGHA.
合作方須能夠根據(jù)IATA SGHA提供郵航公司所需要的全部地面保障服務(wù)。
2.2 The partner does not require a deposit.
合作方不收取押金。
2.3 The partner provides a payment term of at least 30 working days.
合作方提供至少30個工作日的付款周期。
2.4 The partner shall respond within the specified time.
合作方在規(guī)定時間內(nèi)進行響應(yīng)。
2.5 The partner is capable of making regular payments to the Myanmar Department of Civil Aviation (DCA), Yangon Aerodrome Company Limited (YACL), and Myanmar National Airlines (MNA), and can provide corresponding evidence.
合作方在當(dāng)?shù)啬軌蛘ＶЦ毒挼槊窈骄郑―CA）、仰光機場（YACL）、緬甸國家航空（MNA）的費用并提供相應(yīng)證據(jù)。

4、Pre-Announcement Time
The pre-announcement period will run from January 19th to January 22nd, 2026. Should any supplier have objections, please submit feedback in writing within this period. The written response must include the contact person's name, address, and phone number, and be signed (and stamped, if applicable). Please send it to the following email address: cgzx3@cnpostair.com.
